How To Handle Heartbreak – The Scenario

Have you ever been at that point where you had so much faith in a relationship only to discover that its end was closer than you expected?

Have you ever put so much in a relationship only to find out that your partner gave up on the relationship without any sensible explanation?

Have you ever been so in love with a girl only to for circumstances to reveal that she was cheating on you?

Have you ever been so into a guy that you though he was the one and then out of the blues, he shatters your heart into crumbles that can’t be traced?

How To Handle Heartbreak – The Antidote

If you’ve ever faced heartbreak or you’re currently going through a heartbreak then this is for you:

Move on: The first step to handling heart-break is to move on. If you don’t let go of the past, you will pass away with the past. Stop beating yourself up just because someone who is not meant for you walked out of your life. Understand that your ex had to go so that the right person could come. Embrace this fact with joy and MOVE-ON. Moving on, simply involves letting go of everything that bonded you to your previous relationship and creating a new slate for you to start afresh as an individual.

Build yourself: The kind of person that you are determines the kind of person that is attracted to you and so it becomes wise to build yourself. Build yourself to become the perfect spouse. Read books that will develop you, groom yourself to become a better person and work on your talents, skills and innate abilities. Draw lessons from your past relationship and use them in building yourself into a better individual.

Have fun: The beauty of singleness lies in the fact that you don’t really have to worry about pleasing anybody but God. Now that you’re seemingly heart-broken is a time for you to take time to explore the things that being in a relationship didn’t offer you. Spend more time with friends and family, take guitar lessons or lessons in areas that interest you and most importantly, have fun. God doesn’t want you to be moody over a failed relationship, He wants you to learn the lessons required, move-on and definitely have fun!

Yours truly,

Tope
