Nick Wooster in Shanghai for WOOSTER and LARDINI launch | MusteredLady.com

The launch of Wooster plus Lardini capsule collection is going down at Strasburgo. Strasburgo is a Japanese based luxury men’s wear boutique with outlets in China. Strasburgo can simply be described as an upscale art gallery-cum-shopping mall in the commercial Chaoyang District. The idea is being championed by Nick Wooster who is currently in Shanghai to facilitate the successful launch of the brand.

In other to carry out consulting and meet-and-greets, Wooster went to the store in Beijing where he visited the Strasburgo store located in Parkview Green. Presently in Shanghai, Wooster hopes to visit centres around the boutique in Yifeng Galleria. Yifeng galleria is a heritage building on the Bund that specializes in designer men’s wear. For the first time since establishment, Wooster’s pieces are being sold via an official outlet in China.

In a recent interview at Strasburgo, Shanghai; Wooster expresses his excitement about the entire ordeal and the ground breaking growth that his fashion line was slowing experiencing.  “It’s just incredible.  It was my first time in Beijing, at the beginning of this trip, and I went to see Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Great Wall. I’ve been to Shanghai once before, but the views still amaze me. The Bund is just unbelievable. And what’s so crazy is to think that right across the river, all of that’s only been around for 10 years or so.” Wooster simply stated in utmost delight. [WWD]
