Some few weeks ago, my colleague , Angela, started a series that goes with the title, “Being A Mum And Staying Sexy With …” It was interesting read. As a matter of fact, that’s the dream of almost every modern mum or aspiring mother today – keeping your body in good and attractive shape whilst enjoying motherhood at the same time.
I do have my own taste and role models, when it comes to sexy mothers. And one of them is Caroline Trentini. I have been looking forward to writing a post about her until I again recently read about in the tabloids. Carol is a Brazilian too, even though there also other sexy looking non-Brazilian mums all around the world. I hope someone reading this post agrees with me? Anyway sha, I will be borrowing the first segment of Angie’s “Being A Mum And Staying Sexy With …” and will be conjugating it my own , Caroline Trentini, to arrive at this post’s title, “Being A Mum And Staying Sexy With Caroline Trentini”
Okay, enough of an intro. Let me tell you about Carol and what I read about that I would like to share with you in this post.
Carol is model. I still remember Carol’s wedding in April, 2012 – her wedding gown, and the shoes she wore. She was at that time as sexy looking as she is today, even having given birth to son, Bento Jacob.
There is a trick to Carol maintaining her shape, keeping her busy schedule as a model and being a mum at the same time.
After Carol gave birth to Bento Jacob, most people thought that that was the end of her beauty. But she proved her doubters wrong, by quickly regaining her figure some few weeks after giving birth. When asked, “How did you get back in shape post-baby?”, this is what she said:
” You know, I’m Brazilian, and it’s kind of our thing! I try to work out, at the moment all I can do is just once a week, but I try to do twice or three times a week. I do this kickboxing thing. I started doing it after I had the baby and I really fell in love with it. It doesn’t feel like a workout. I really love my trainers, and we have a really good routine and it works really well. And at the moment, running after the baby is a workout itself!” [StyleDotCom]
