The relationship between women and shoes cannot be over emphasized. It’s almost safe to say that most women are obsessed with shoes, at least personally i know that am getting there.
These days they are not just essentials, but they also act as fashion statements. According to the fashion legend Coco Channel ( also known as Gabrielle Bonheur Chanel ), “A women with good shoes is never ugly. They are the last touch of elegance“, which goes to explain why an average woman loves shoes, since we are clearly obsessed with our looks.
Shoes are made in different styles for different occasions and to go with different clothing attires, ranging from the flat ballerina shoes, to the flat sandals, sandals with heels, boots, the ever comfortable wedges (no matter how high it is), sneakers and my favorite, the pumps, which are usually six inches, which are sometimes painful to wear, but then again they say beauty is pain.
Pumps with killer heels are just the right accessory for any dress, as long as you are comfortable in them, they always make a grand return. Sandals are great , especially during the summer - what could be better than been able to rock your well pedicured nails in a pair of sandals. Boots are also cool and they look really fabulous when worn with a short gown - unfortunately very few people in Africa dare to rock them.
