When Sarah was asked, “What inspired you to make such a drastic change in your appearance?”
This is the answer she gave,
” I always wanted larger than life breast implants from a young age (9 yrs). I idolized the appearance of celebrities like Pamela Anderson and Anna Nicole Smith. I always knew from an even younger age (4yrs) I was going to be an Entertainer – specifically a singer. Traditionally entertainers all have an iconic trademark feature about them that makes them visually entertaining and separates them from the general public into what we call celebrities. My love of lingerie, femininity and burlesque coincidentally made me want to capitalize on the one thing I lacked the most – Breasts. They are the one natural asset a woman naturally carries that makes her feminine and what she wears and how much she exposes of this asset sends a big message about what she might be about. I grew up fantasizing about the glamorous and artistic life I was going to lead as a Singing Blonde Bombshell. I am currently living my fantasy and loving it.
Although people like yourself have seen me in the past with smaller boobs and different hair colours everything from red, brunette, black etc etc the Blonde look has always been my favourite and how I wanted to look when I reached my surgery goals. I have loved and enjoyed every other look I have experimented with. They were all really takes on what I was doing at that point in my life and influences of all the things I love such as Rock n’Roll, Burlesque, Pinup & Rockabilly, Tattoos, Vegas, Old Hollywood Glamour, Porn. I’m just an artist and a rather vain one that likes to use her body as her canvas. I feel so lucky I have been allowed to play with all these looks in this one lifetime.”
