A lot went down at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards at the Microsoft Theater on August 30, 2015 in Los Angeles, California. But I’ll skip the drama and hone in on the fashion:
Ciara’s fringe game was strong. Look at her serving face!
Fringe was the order of the day. I loved Gigi Gorgeous in that fringe black and white dress!
Chrissy Teigen slayed in a black sheer dress. Yass!
Nicki Minaj flaunted her curves in a metallic gold number.
Miley Cyrus wore a chandelier…
She wore a ‘Do It’ bubblegum latex dress with a piggy head bow at the press room after the awards which was less depressing. I actually liked it.
Bella Thorne’s mint green cami strappy dress was one of my favourites.
Rita Ora ruffled a few feathers in a showstopping black gown… hot!
One of my favourite looks was Greer Grammer’s fuchsia drape dress. Sunning.
Amber Rose made a statement in a graphic printed jumpsuit.
Yassss! to Gigi Hadid in that mustard dress and that tan. I love this colour. Werk Gigi!
Danity Kane’s Shannon Bex and Aubrey O’Day (who are now a duo called Dumblonde… :/ ) looked like real life dolls in coordinating pink outfits.
Kylie Jenner looked like an Egyptian princess in a fresh new fringe and an embroidered mini dress. They love Balmain!
Kourtney Kardashian wore a pink halter jumpsuit.
Kim Kardashian also wore Balmain (duh!). I didn’t like this camouflage lace up dress with gigantic pockets at all. Fitting was terrible. Yikes.
Pharrell Williams and his wife Helen Lasichanh were so in sync in matching denim outfits.
Holland Roden looked pretty in a mesh floral dress.
Cara Delevingne worked a fringed LBD.
Taylor Swift’s houndstooth sequin get up was daring for her but I wasn’t too fond of it.
Kat Graham hair and makeup game was the ish! Love the tassled purse.
Martha Hunt looked smoking in a mini black dress. Love it.
Arden Cho looked stunning in a sequinned crop top and matching skirt.
Selena Gomez kept it simple in a black dress.
I quite like FKA Twigs’ quirky with an edge style.

I didn’t recognize Justin Bieber at first…Is he wearing extensions??
Vanessa Hudgens put her best boho chic leg forward in a floral applique dusty pink dress. Her sister Stella Hudgens also wore a similar dress.
A houndstooth dress and latex over the knee boots did the trick for Tinashe.
