In as much as I don’t believe fashion holds an exact formula that we should all abide by, I do think there are certain elements that, if combined appropriately, could give any lady a spring to her step. Like a sexy pencil skirt, paired with a simple, button-up shirt in a similar shade of emerald green. The result? An effortlessly chic look. Even if I do say so myself.Despite the fact that I tend to be wearing heels in a lot of the pictures on the blog, most of the time I have some type of flats on. I usually spare that extra height/slight discomfort/glam (take your pick) for special engagements be it dinners, meetings or events. Heels would have given this look a whole other feel but given the kind of day I had, they just weren’t practical.
