In response to the Nigerian public criticism of explicit nature of her the above music video, this is what Tiwa says, “Every woman, you know, has that element in her and it is that period where they just feel sexy inside. I think I was going through a phase and I wasn’t scared to show it and wasn’t scared of any backlash that was going to come ,because I know that whatever happens,I can always back up any controversy with my talent”. Cool, isn’t it?


Tiwa further explains that the Nigerian public may probably not be prepared yet for the type of performance that is depicted in the WANTED music video. She asserts that even though the said video is causing controversy in Nigeria, it is well received on the international scenes.
