I used to be very comfortable with my red lipsticks, they were just perfect, but recently I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try something new , and the nude color is just divine, I cant stop using it, it brings out a natural and chic look.
Unfortunately when most companies talk about nude lipstick, most of the time they are talking about nudes for brighter skin tones, and most dark skinned people are not brave enough to rock them, but if you are determined for to try something new, there are darker shades of nude lipsticks from creamy caramel tones with a hint of gold to pinkier neutrals that gives the perfect natural look.
When wearing a nude lipstick, it is advisable to compliment it with a more colorful eye shadow or tiny splash of blush, to avoid a boring and plain look on your face.
Nude lipstick is definitely something every dark skinned lady should try, not for any reason but to be able to alternate between different colors and shades of lipstick. The reason is that most ladies are stuck with using a particular color of lipstick, because we feel that trying other colors, may look terrible on our lips.
