Mecca Hills
If you get to visit Palm Springs, I highly recommend hiking The Mecca Hills and Painted Canyon. I know I have sandals on in the above picture, but I did run to CVS and bought slip-ons and a pair of socks for the hike (see the last photos.) It get’s super hot and dry, so definitely pack on a couple of snacks like bars and lots of water.
