For the longest time, I considered mules to be the most uncomfortable looking pair of heels out there. I mean, I think if we’re being honest here, heels aren’t generally the most comfortable footwear the world has to offer but mules? Surely, with nothing to secure your foot you’d just be sliding all over the place, right? Well, my friends, I was wrong and I’m not afraid to admit it. Don’t judge a book by it’s lack of straps.
I chose a simple black, white and grey palette for this look with a slight pop of colour coming from my bra strap. I know for a good number of women that’s a complete, ground breaking, earth shattering no-no. And I respect that – it’s not really for everyone. But if you ask me, there’s something fun and playful about a pop of colour coming from a sneaky bra strap every once in a while.
Anyway, enough about undergarments. Can we talk about Nicki Minaj’s Feeling Myself video Beyonce?
Love and love.
(p.s.: thank you for all the sweet comments you left in my last post. I’m glad that it was able to inspire you in one way or another! xx)
