A few days ago, I shared with you “Your Role In His Life As A Woman”, today; we’re going to look at the reversed scenario- “Your Role In Her Life As A Man”.
As the man in her life, there are certain roles and responsibilities that are automatically placed upon you and if for any reason you read through this article and don’t feel obliged to embrace these roles then by all means, you should remain single. This is not to judge anyone but to help you understand that if you’re going to venture into a relationship or marriage then you must learn to play out your role in her life as a man.
In very few words, what is your role in her life as a man?
TO PROVIDE FOR HER: One of the major prerequisites for a relationship to work is financial maturity. You don’t have to become a “Bill Gates” or “Aliko Dangote” but you must have a steady source of income that enables you to fend for yourself and the woman in your life. Asking a girl out without having the necessary means required to take care of her is “punishing” the woman you love if she eventually agrees to date you. You should spend more time building yourself into a man that can comfortable take care of his leading lady and when you finally find her; don’t let her suffer; don’t let her smile in the open and cry in the secret, provide for her!
TO SUPPORT HER: She has goals and dreams that she wants to achieve and truth is, she needs you to support her vision and assist her in fulfilling it. She might not say this out openly but every woman appreciates a man who can support her to the best of his ability. As much as she would so anything just to support you, you must do same for her by listening to her dreams, planning its achievement process and standing by her side through the journey.
TO LOVE AND CHERISH HER: Every woman likes to be pampered with love and affection. They like to know that someone out there would do anything just to see them smile and make them happy. If you are the man in her life then you must strive to make her happy; you must be there for her; you must shower her with all the love and affection within your disposal; you must cherish her like there’s just one of her otherwise you would lose her without knowing.
